Sometimes when using heavier sewing machines, the sewing platform can dip slightly on the left side. We have table locks that can be installed onto the underside the cabinet to lock the sewing platform in the free arm position when using an embroidery attachment. Table Lock Installation Instructions:
- You will need to raise the platform of the cabinet all the way to the top position and work underneath the cabinet. You may need a flashlight to see better.
- Place the catch part of the bracket to the underside of the table, aligned with the locking bracket to ensure clearance, then attach the catch part of the bracket to the underside of the table.
3. Align the locking part of the bracket into the catch and drill the locking bracket onto the underside of the sewing platform.
The key is to make sure they are correctly aligned to be able to lock properly.
Please remember to unlock the pieces when you want to move the lift platform, so the pieces do not pull out or break.
