The threaded cam bolt anchors that are pre-installed into the panels have a black rubber ball that gets pushed down into the panel when the cam bolt is screwed in. Sometimes during transit this rubber ball shifts up the anchor causing the cam bolt to not thread or screw down properly. We have found you can either tap the rubber ball down with a pointed object and hammer or you can use a small drill bit to remove part of the rubber-just enough to get the cam bolt to catch onto the threads.
